Psychotherapist-Trauma Informed--fully licensed (LPC/LCSW-)
We are accepting applications for part-time to full-time psychotherapist employees. We are looking for clinicians with a background in servicing LGBTQ+ and Black/African American, Indigenous/First Nations, Latinx, Asian American or Pacific Islander, other people of color and diverse backgrounds.
Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, social work or other related counseling field required. Applicants must be licensed to practice in Louisiana. EMDR or other evidence-based, somatic & trauma informed training preferred. For example in EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems therapy,
Provisionally licensed professionals (PLPC or LMSW) will be considered only if candidate has training background in somatic or trauma informed therapy practices (EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, etc)
The ability to provide trauma-informed care is a requirement.
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay for clinical and non-clinical services (W-2)

Responsibilities: Build and maintain a client caseload, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, perform scheduling duties, maintain accurate and up to date psychotherapy notes and files, act in accordance with code of ethics at all times.
Motivated, effective, fully licensed therapists hoping to attain full-time status should expect this process to take approximately 3-6 months. This timeline depends greatly on the therapist. (Please note PLPC and LMSW candidates will not be able to accept insurance and will be private pay only. This affects the speed at which one may build a full time caseload.)
