We are a group practice of healthcare and wellness professionals providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care to children, teens, adults and families.

Our group specialties include: Psychotherapy/Mental Health Counseling, Nutrition/Dietetics, Ecotherapy and Yoga. We offer online therapy across the entire state and in person sessions at our offices in Acadiana.

Our team focuses on what brings you in, viewing your unique hopes and goals through a strengths-based perspective. We believe our clients naturally possess the seeds for healing within themselves; it is our job to connect you to the tools to nourish and cultivate the growth you are hoping for.

Our providers are human diversity allied and affirming.

We host monthly psychotherapy and wellness events and trainings which are open to clients, the community and clinicians. Please see our events calendar and social media for information on future events.

Land Acknowledgement Statement
The Therapy Garden would like to acknowledge the history of the land that our practice is located on. The land at 119 and 123 Ridgeway is indigenous to the Sovereign Nation of the Chitimacha, the Native American peoples whose current headquarters is located in Charenton, Louisiana. Additionally, we acknowledge the harm that Black, Indigenous, People of color, LGBTQ+ folks, among many others, have and continue to experience due to systemic methods of discrimination and bias. We also acknowledge that the origins of many modern day psychotherapy practices date back to indigenous peoples around the world, including but not limited to Native Americans, Africans, Latinx and Asian/Pacific Islander peoples. Naming and acknowledging these realities is a small part of our team's commitment to being lifelong anti-racism and social justice allied.
